I visited this salon for the first time a couple days ago. The customer service is top tier. The manager walked through to check on my service, & greeted me by my name. I felt so special they remembered my name. The playlist in there is definitely a vibe. I’ve lived in Atlanta for 12+ years, & this is by far the best nail salon I’ve been too.
This place changed owners a few months ago and I finally used their services today. It was wonderful! The store was ammaculate and clean. The atmosphere is very calming and the owner and staff are friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend it. If a review was given before last July, that was the previous owner and shouldn’t be taken into consideration.
MAJESTIC NAIL & SPA is the BEST nail salon in Alpharetta!!! I absolutely adore the owner and all of her colleagues!! My last appointment I requested cat eye options however they did not have that item in-stock. For my follow up appointment the owner purchased cat eye polish purely upon my request!!
